Sunny Law (Law Jiun Yuan) founded HPI Group with one conviction: that Malaysian SMEs deserve the same quality of leadership development that large corporations take for granted - delivered in a way that fits their culture, pace, and budget.
With 15+ years in HR strategy, leadership development, and adult learning, Sunny built the STEPDEX® framework from the ground up - drawing on industrial and organisational psychology, real SME experience, and a belief that great organisations are built one leader at a time. He co-authored STEP Up Your Performance with Dr. Henry Yeoh, presenting the work at the 44th ARTDO International Conference in Penang.
