When we named STEPDEX® Academy 思德教育學院,
we were not choosing a brand. We were explaining our entire philosophy in two characters.

Most management training in Malaysia was designed for MNCs - with frameworks built in the West, for corporate structures, in English. Malaysia's SME managers were being asked to fit a mould that was never built for them.
STEPDEX® Academy was founded to change that. Grounded in Robert Katz's Skills Theory (1974) and Charan, Drotter & Noel's Leadership Pipeline, and published as STEP Up Your Performance, our framework maps the exact competencies a manager needs at every career stage - from first-time team leader to CEO.
But the framework is only part of the story. The deeper conviction is this: when a manager grows, the whole team does too. And when teams grow, families flourish. That is why we exist.
